Cape Spear

Cape Spear, Newfoundland, just a few kilometers southeast of St. John's, is the easternmost point of the North American continent.

A prominent landmark is the oldest lighthouse, built in 1835 in Newfoundland, which now houses a museum. Additional points of interest on the freely accessible area are a second lighthouse and a fort from the Second World War.
