Cargotec Oyj is a Finnish ship chandlers based in Helsinki, Finland. The company is listed on the OMX Helsinki 25 Index Financial.

Cargotec offers machines and tools for ships and port facilities.

The company was originally a division of Kone until they seceded Cargotec in June 2005. OMX Helsinki Cargotec employs approximately 10,300 people worldwide in over 140 countries. In 2012, the sales of Cargotec totaled 3.3 billion euros. The B shares of Cargotec are traded on the OMX Helsinki. 2013 Uetersener HATLAPA was taken.

The daughter brands, Cargotec - Hiab, Kalmar and MacGregor - recognized worldwide as a leader in solutions for the charge and load handling and are world leaders in their respective fields.

• MacGregor: The product range includes cover for boat hatches, cranes, equipment for RoRo ships and ports and equipment for securing loads, bulk material handling for ships and terminals, offshore and maritime logistics
• Squid: The brand offers tools for demanding tasks, including industrial trucks, tractors, reach stackers, straddle carriers, Front Loader for the full and empty container handling, Logstacker as well as semi-and fully automatic crane systems.
• Hiab: The product range includes Hiab loader cranes, Jonsered and Loglift forestry and recycling cranes, Moffett, Multi Lift exchange equipment and Zepro / AMA tailgates.
