Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni
Dott. Ing Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni (* April 7, 1916; † 7 August 2003) called CiCi was Italian automobile designer and entrepreneur.
Life
In the 1930s he began his career as a car designer in by his father, Felice Bianchi Anderloni ( 1882-1949 ), founded Italian company Carrozzeria Touring Milano body. The company has become famous for the exclusive Touring Superleggera types that have been made , inter alia, on the platforms of Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Ferrari, Maserati and Aston Martin. He scored in the 30's to the 1960's to the main body designers in Italy. Famous vehicles were, for example:
- Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS Coupe
- Alfa Romeo Villa d'Este Coupe
- Ferrari 166S
- Lancia Flaminia GT
- Maserati 3500
- Aston Martin DB4 and Aston Martin DB5
- Alfa Romeo 1900 Sprint
- Alfa Romeo 2000 Touring Spider
- Lamborghini 350 GT
In the late 1960s he was forced to close due to lack of orders the company. After that, he worked for Alfa Romeo advisory in automotive design.
For many years he was president of the jury at the Concorso d' Eleganza Villa d' Este, the most famous in Europe beauty contest for classic vintage cars. In his honor, there is since 2004 a special prize award that bears his name. In addition, he led from 1995, the Touring tab.
