Carlos Bocanegra ( born May 25, 1979 in Upland, California ) is a Mexican- American soccer player. Bocanegra national team of the United States and was its captain.

Sports career

The 1.83 meter tall central and left defender Bocanegra went through at a young age, the U.S. national teams at youth level and played it in the U18 and U20 national teams.
