Carlos Manuel

Carlos Manuel Correia dos Santos ( born January 15, 1959 in Moita ) is a former Portuguese football player and football coach.

Career

Carlos Manuel began his career at GD Fabril, before 1978 FC Barreirense. In 1979 he came to his first major club to Benfica. During his time in Lisbon he was four times six times to win the Portuguese league titles, the Portuguese Cup and once the Portuguese Supercup. During his time at Benfica also convocations fell to the European Football Championship 1984 in France and the Football World Cup 1986 in Mexico.
