Carlos Paredes

Carlos Paredes ( born February 13, 1925 in Coimbra, † 23 July 2004 in Lisbon ) was a Portuguese composer and was considered a master of the Portuguese guitar ( guitarra portuguesa ).

Life

Carlos Paredes came from a famous Portuguese family of musicians and began at the age of four years, with his father Artur Paredes, also a master of the Portuguese guitar to learn the instrument.
