Carmen Chaplin

Carmen Chaplin (* in London ) is a American -Spanish- French actress and the daughter of Michael Chaplin.


The granddaughter of Charles Chaplin and Oona Chaplin and great-granddaughter of Eugene O'Neill has worked as a photo model. In addition to Catherine Deneuve and Daniel Auteuil, she played the Kadhija André Téchiné in My Favorite Season (1993). In the series Highlander she was seen ls Maria Campalo 1995 next to Adrian Paul. It was followed by supporting roles alongside Jean -Hugues Anglade in Say yes! and in Sydney Pollack's remake of Sabrina. She played with Jean Barney in Ciel d' orage and had her first major appearance alongside Ewan McGregor and Greta Scacchi in the double role of Thea and Anna in The Serpent's Kiss (1997). In Hollywood, she played Ursula next to Ice Cube, Eva Mendes and Tommy Flanagan in All About the Money (2002 ) and Day on Fire (2005), which was shown at the Berlinale 2007.
