Carminho

Carminho ( born August 20, 1984 in Lisbon; actually Maria do Carmo de Carvalho Rebelo de Andrade ) is a Portuguese fado singer.

Career

She grew up in the Algarve. After she moved back to Lisbon with her ​​parents, she appeared at an event at the Coliseu dos Recreios at the age of 12 years. As a result, she sang regularly in fado clubs of the Alfama, including in Beatriz da Conceição. She finished her studies ( advertising and marketing), but then turned completely to the fado.
