Carol Alt

Carol Alt ( born December 1, 1960 in East Williston, Long Iceland, New York ) is an American fashion model and actress. She has been dating since 2002 with Alexei Yashin Valeryevich, a 13 year younger ice hockey players of the SKA Saint Petersburg. In her first marriage she was the hockey player Ron Greschner (2 November 1983-1996, divorced ), married, who played for the New York Rangers.

Carol Alt was one of the first models who were able to use their success in other areas. She stands with her name for their own product lines, publishes books and fitness videos and get a chance as an actress.

After she was discovered in 1980 during their first year of study at Hofstra University - she worked as a waitress - she made it in the same year on the cover of Harper 's Bazaar magazine and 1982 on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

She was also advertising for beauty products and wrote a book ( Eating In The Raw: A Beginner's Guide To Getting Slimmer, Feeling Healthier, And Looking Younger the Raw - Food Way ). Since 1986, she has worked primarily as an actress; so she played for example in Snakehead - The horror of the lake biologist Lori Dale or Swarmed biologist Christine Brown.

In 2006, she was Grand Marshall of the 49th German American Steuben Parade.
