Carol Cymbala

Carol Cymbala is an American choir director and composer.

When her husband Jim Cymbala at the beginning of the 1980s, the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church took over, Carol Cymbala began with nine people build a choir. Since they did not find enough suitable literature, she began, though she could not read music, writing songs. Today, the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir has 275 singers, make every Sunday four fairs. Carol Cymbala won with her choir instead of six Grammy Awards.

Carol Cymbala has three children and five grandchildren and lives in New York City.
