Carolina Liar
Carolina Liar is an American- Swedish rock band that is based in Los Angeles.
Band History
Head of the band is Chad Wolf. The singer-songwriter took 22 years from his home in Charleston, South Carolina, to Los Angeles. There he talked with odd jobs and trying to start a music career. Among other things, he also got an internship with songwriter Diane Warren. Then a friend gave it to the Swedish producer Max Martin. This heard some pieces of wolf and then brought him to Stockholm, where he recorded debut album Coming to Terms with five Swedish musicians. The songs on the album come from Wolf himself, and nearly all were written in collaboration with Tobias Karlsson.
In the U.S., Carolina Liar was known as their songs have been used in television shows such as The Hills, Gossip Girl and 90210, as well as in television advertising. With the single I'm Not Over they were able to place first in the U.S. rock charts and reached # 3 The debut album was also placed well after the official U.S. charts as the second single Show Me What I'm Looking For. It was then released in Europe and was there successfully. The single also serves as background music for the new sat.1 Imagetrailer with the sat.1 slogan " Colour your life ."
