Caroline Munro

Caroline Munro ( born January 16, 1949 in Windsor, Berkshire ) is a British actress.

Life

Munro began her career at age 16 when she won the competition " Face of the Year" in the UK. She then worked as a model for Vogue and in television commercials and finally came to the film. At the beginning of the 1970s she was an actress in the contract Hammer Studios. However, its most famous appearance is the deadly than Stromberg's helicopter pilot and confidant in the James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me. Originally Munro was planned as a candidate for the Soviet agent Anya Amasova, but was replaced for unknown reasons by Barbara Bach. In choosing her films after they had a less sure hand; less well known are her music recordings and appearances in music videos, and theater performances. They had to "pump me up" a minor hit in the charts.

From 1984 to 1987 she played in the television series 3-2-1; since the end of the commitment they occurred only occasionally and devoted himself otherwise her family. After a love affair with the British singer Colin Blunstone to 1970, who published the song " Caroline Goodbye " (1971) after the separation, she was married to actor Judd Hamilton; second husband she married director George Dugdale, with whom she has two daughters.

Since the new millennium Munro was seen again several times in feature film roles.
