Caroline is a town in the southeast of Tompkins County, New York in the United States. In the 2010 census had the southeast lies of Ithaca Town of Caroline 3282 inhabitants.

History

The area of present-day Caroline was settled around 1794, when the region was still part of Tioga County. It belonged to the Watkins and Flint Purchase ( 1791).
