Carrasco National Park

The Carrasco National Park ( Parque Nacional Carrasco ) is a national park was established in 1991 in the province of Chapare in Bolivia. It borders the National Park Amboró. Its area is 6226 km ². The area of the National Park is located in 280-4717 meters above sea level. The climate is humid, the rainfall is 5,000 millimeters. In the Carrasco National Park, there are probably 3,000 to 5,000 plant species. 600 species have been found, including Polylepis racemosa and Weinmannia boliviana. There are approximately 400 species of vertebrates, including 51 large mammals.
