Carrier-based aircraft

Carrier -based aircraft are aircraft types that are set up specifically for use from aircraft carriers. Optional equipment include mainly a fishing hook on the rear to bring the aircraft with the help of the arresting wires on the deck of an aircraft carrier after landing quickly to a halt, a device for launch by catapult, a reinforced chassis to the larger mechanical stresses in the hard deck landings grown to be, and folding wings for compact accommodation. However, carrier -based aircraft can be easily operated from land, land-based aircraft not readily aboard aircraft carriers.
