Carrington (crater)

Carrington is a lunar impact crater on the northeast front. It is located west of the Lacus memory and northeast of the crater Schumacher. The edge is moderately eroded, the interior is relatively flat.

The crater was officially named in 1935 by the IAU by the British astronomer Richard Christopher Carrington.
