Carrington is a city in the U.S. state of North Dakota with 2268 inhabitants. It is the county seat ( county seat ) of the Foster County.

History

The occupation of the site began in the 1880s and was facilitated by the construction of a railway line of the Northern Pacific Railway in 1882.
