Carsten Wolf

1982 Carsten Wolf junior world champion in the individual pursuit. In the following years, the driver of the SC Dynamo Berlin was able to achieve more podium places in the GDR as well as world championships, primarily in the team pursuit and the points race. 1988 Carsten Wolf won with the GDR train of four (Dirk Meier, Roland Hennig and Steffen Bloch joke) a silver medal at the Seoul Olympics, for which he was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in silver.
