Cassville (Georgia)

Cassville was a city in what is now Bartow County, Georgia. The town was founded in 1833 and they had around 1860 about 1300 inhabitants. During the Atlanta campaign, it was destroyed and never rebuilt. The inhabitants moved to the location about 10 km southeast Cartersville.
