Castel San Pietro Romano
Castel San Pietro Romano is a municipality in the province of Rome in the Italian region Latium, located about 845 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012). It is located 49 km east of Rome.
Geography
Castel San Pietro Romano is located on the summit of Monte Ginestro on the edge of Monti at the site of the acropolis of ancient Praeneste, today's Palestrina. It is a member of the Comunità Montana Monti Sabini e Tiburtini.
