Catalan, Lord of Monaco

Catalano Grimaldi (* 1415 in Monaco, † July 1457 ) from the family of Grimaldi was 1454-1457 Lord of Monaco.

Catalan was the son of the Lord of Monaco Jean I. and Pomelline Grimaldi. Together with his father, he worked in military service for various foreign rulers.

After the death of his father in 1454 he took over the rule over Monaco.
