Catherine Bell (actress)
Catherine Lisa Bell ( Persian: کاترین بل; born August 14, 1968 in London ) is an American actress.
Life and career
Bell is the daughter of an Iranian woman and a Briton. After her parents' divorce, she moved at the age of three years with her mother to Los Angeles, since the age of twelve she is a U.S. citizen. She stood as a teenager for commercials front of the camera, tried it in their career first with a medical degree at UCLA, but she gave up in the second year in favor of a career as a model in Japan. But this ended after just four months since its not appeal the demanded in this industry lifestyle. She returned to Los Angeles to work on her acting career.
After a few minor cameos in various shows like Hercules, Dream On, and Friends (1995 ) got Bell 1996, a three-line role in the series JAG - The Call of Duty. A few months after this brief appearance a new actress was sought for JAG, and Bell was able to convince the producer, Donald P. Bellisario of their suitability for the role she played until the end of the series in April 2005. From 2007 to 2013 they played in all 117 episodes of the U.S. television series Army Wives one of the main roles.
Bell is a member of Scientology. She lives in Los Angeles and is married to fellow actor Adam Beason. The couple has a daughter and a son. In 2011, Bell announced the separation of Beason.
