Catherine Ryan Hyde

Catherine Ryan Hyde ( b. 1955 ) is an American novelist and author of short stories. Her novels were bestsellers in the U.S. and in the UK and with her ​​short stories, she won numerous awards.

Life

Catherine Ryan Hyde grew up in Buffalo, New York, and lived a short time in New York City. At 17, she made her prematurely graduated from a high school. From then on she worked in many areas, such as a dog trainer or as a tourist guide in the Hearst Castle. Currently she lives in the area around Cambria, California.

Professional career

Initial successes achieved Hyde by their short stories.
