Cayo Santiago

Cayo Santiago, known as Monkey Iceland, is an uninhabited island in the Caribbean Sea, located 950 meters south east of Punta Santiago, Humacao, Puerto Rico. It extends about 600 meters from north to south and 400 meters from east to west including the flat north-eastern peninsula which is connected to the main island only by a narrow sandy isthmus.

The island belongs to the barrio ( district) Punta Santiago the city of Humacao.
