History

The company has its roots in the Stock and Commodity Services SA founded in 1975 and specialized in the securities trading. From this was 1981, the SCS Compagnie Financière SA indicate which focused on asset management. This in turn was transformed from an asset management company in the bank Banque SCS Alliance SA 1991.
