The Ćeotina (Cyrillic Ћеотина, also Cehotina / Ћехотина ) is a river in northern Montenegro and in the east of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It rises with Kozica about 20 km southeast of Pljevlja on the southern slope of the ridge Mataruge at about 1250 m altitude. Already on the upper reaches of the river is established by a 1980 and accumulated 59 m high dam. He ensures the constant supply of cooling water for an 8 km downstream of only thermal power plant in Montenegro.

To the northwest, the Ćeotina flows through the city Pljevlja where it is polluted by wastewater from the coal surface mines located here. Behind the village Gradac it crosses a ravine in the sparsely populated areas and forms on a short section of the border between Montenegro and Bosnia- Herzegovina.

After 91 km the Ćeotina opens in Foca from the right in the Drina. Its catchment area covers 1237 km ².
