Celia Thomas, Baroness Thomas of Winchester

Celia Thomas, Baroness Thomas of Winchester, of Winchester in the County of Hampshire MBE ( born October 14, 1945) is a British politician of the Liberal Party and later the Liberal Democrats, which is since 2006 member of the House of Lords.

Life

Celia Thomas, a member of the Liberal Party in Winchester was in the 1960s, was 1977-2005 assistant in the whips office of the Liberal Party and, most recently from 1997 to 2005 Head of the Office.
