Centenionalis

As Centenionalis the Romans designated a bronze coin of late antiquity, the 346 was introduced mainly because of the strong depreciation of the Follis. Its value is not saved; from the name could derive the meaning of a hundredth of a siliqua or a Miliarense. Only eight years after its introduction, the value of Centenionalis already had to be lowered.
