Centre stick

The control stick of an airplane is that lever in front of the pilot's seat, which is used for the simultaneous control of cross slope and longitudinal slope.

It is located in front of the lower abdomen and is usually held in one hand. By trimming the aircraft ( see cross and elevator ), the control stick in straight and turning flight are brought into a force-free neutral position.
