The Cerapoda are a 1986 -positioned by Sereno taxon of birds Beck dinosaur ( Ornithischia ). Cerapoda have a premaxillary bone ( premaxilla ) with less than six teeth, a strong diastema (Greek for "space" ), and an asymmetrical enamel on the teeth in the upper and lower jaw.

The Cerapoda include ornithopods and the Pachycephalosauria Ceratopia and which together form the taxon Marginocephalia. My sister taxon are the Thyreophora to which the armored Dinosauriertaxa Stegosauria and Ankylosauria belong.
