César Carignano
César Andrés Carignano (born 28 September 1982) is an Italian- Argentine football player. He plays the position of striker.
Carignano began his career with Colón de Santa Fe. In 2004 he moved to FC Basel. His career is currently hampered repeatedly by new lengthy injury. In January 2007 he was loaned to the Mexican Club América. Start of the season 2007/ 08 he was brought back into the Rhine city and denies brief appearances in the U21 team of FC Basel. In January 2008, his contract was terminated with FC Basel at the request of Carignano, Carignano and rejoined Colón de Santa Fe.
