Cevat Güler

Cevat Güler ( born January 1, 1959 in Ordu ) is a Turkish football coach.

Career

The elementary school and middle school attended Güler in Ordu. After middle school he graduated from in 1981 Anadoluhisarı Gençlik ve Spor Academy. There Güler dealt with the sports gymnastics and athletics.

1985 Güler received a diploma as Amateuertrainer and began at Küçükköy Kültürspor his coaching career. That same year, changes to Cevat Gaziosmanpaşaspor and remained there twelve years. From 1997 to 2000 he coached the youth team of Beşiktaş Istanbul.

In the seasons 2000/ 01 and 2001/ 02 was Cevat Güler head coach of Yıldırım Bosnaspor. In the 2007 /08 season Cevat Güler took six games left in the season the responsibility as interim coach at Galatasaray Istanbul. He won all six games remaining with the team and was Turkish soccer champions. On April 13, 2013 Orduspor announced that it has Güler hired as the new head coach. He was the successor of Héctor Cúper. After missed relegation he left in the summer of 2013 the club and was replaced wurdh Erkan Sözeri.
