Chad LaRose

Chad LaRose ( born March 27, 1982 in Fraser, Michigan ) is an American professional ice hockey player standing since 2005 with the Carolina Hurricanes in the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Chad LaRose was on 6 August 2003 committed by the Carolina Hurricanes that gave him a three- year contract after he had scored in the previous season 61 goals in 67 games for the Plymouth Whalers in the Ontario Hockey League. Although he was never drafted before, drew the attacker with a total of 117 points scorer the interest of many NHL scouts and signed with the Hurricanes as a free agent. Among other things he had previously attended two training camps of the Detroit Red Wings (2001 and 2002).

At the end of the 2005 /06 LaRose won with the Hurricanes to the Stanley Cup. In July 2006, LaRose has signed a new two year contract with the Hurricanes, which earned him $ 900,000 per season. On 2 July 2009, the Americans extended his contract renewed for two more seasons. He received his new contract by $ 3.4 million by 2011.
