Chae Son National Park

The National Park Chae Son ( Thai: อุทยานแห่งชาติ แจ้ ซ้อน ) is a Thai National Park. It is located in the northern region of Thailand.

History and General

The National Park Chae Son was appointed on 28 July 1988 on the National Park, it is Thailand's 58th National Park. In 2000, the Chae Son National Park was awarded the prize of the best "Natural Attraction" in Thailand. It covers an area of 768 km ² and is one of the main attractions of Lampang. It offers up to 81 ° C hot springs, waterfalls and caves.

Geography

The National Park Chae Son lies in the districts ( Amphoe ) Mueang Pan, Chae Hom, Wang Nuea Amphoe Mueang Lampang and Lampang province, its territory consists of rocky, mountainous terrain. The bedrock is Triassic granite, schist, phyllite and limestone.
