Chagrin Falls is a village in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Chagrin Falls is one of the suburbs of Cleveland in northeast Ohio. The village was founded around a natural waterfall on the Chagrin River. At the census in 2000 the population was 4024th
History
The municipality was built in 1844 on three townships in two counties. The neighboring Chagrin Falls Township was established in 1845.
Education
The schools in Chagrin Falls Exempted Village belong to the Chagrin Falls School District. This school authorities are subject to not only the public schools in Chagrin Falls, but also in the communities of South Russell and Bentleyville and in a part of the municipality of Moreland Hills, Bainbridge Township and in Russell Township.
2006, the Chagrin Falls School District was listed for the sixth time in a row by Newsweek magazine as " excellent". 2008 Chagrin Falls High School was one of the top 100 high schools in the country.
Culture
The Chagrin Valley Little Theatre is one of the oldest community theater in North America.
