Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland

The Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland ( pl. Kancelaria Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej ) is founded in 1989 an auxiliary organ of the Polish President, which is comparable to the German Federal President.

The tasks of the firm include advising the President in exercise of his constitutional and statutory responsibilities, the preparation of its decisions, as well as the execution of his orders.

The President of the Republic shall adopt the Statute and appoints or dismisses according to Article 143 of the Polish Constitution, the head of the firm.
