Chancre

The ulcer durum ( German: Hard chancre ) is the primary lesion of syphilis (stage I) and usually occurs after a mean of 21 days at the site of infection (eg, penis) on. It is a painless ulcer in which pathogens are detectable mass and is therefore highly contagious. Typical is the raised rough (Latin durum = " hard" ) edge. The regional lymph nodes can begin to swell ( Satellitenboubo ), but are painless and remain displaced. After about two to six weeks of the ulcer from healing with scarring.
