Changning, Hunan

The City Changning (常宁市) is a county-level city in the Hunan province, which belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Hengyang (衡阳 市). Changning has an area of ​​2052 km ² and has 820,000 inhabitants. Seat of government is the greater community Yiyang宜 阳镇.
