Changtse

The Changtse (also With Peak) is a mountain in the Himalayas in a circle Dingri the governmental district of Shigatse in Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China immediately to the north of Mount Everest. Changtse is the Tibetan word for North Summit.

The first ascent without permission took place on October 3, 1982 by Johan Taks of a Dutch expedition of Mount Everest on an ascent of the north side was officially go. The first ascent was made with approval on 14 October 1982 the German mountaineer Udo Zehetleitner. Two days later were Paul Brown, Rudolf Frick, Ludwig Hösle and Martin Engler from the same expedition to the summit.
