Charge (physics)
Undercharging in physics generally refers to the property of particles or objects to interact with a field.
Applies to the charge of a conservation law, it is often associated with a symmetry of the underlying field, see Noether 's theorem.
Special charges are:
- Electric charge ( electromagnetic interaction)
- Color charge ( for strong interactions )
These charges are the subject of the standard model, yet comes as an additional charge:
- Mass ( the gravitational interaction )
