Charles Delahaye

Frederick Charles " Charlie" Delahey, sometimes Delahay or Delahaye ( born March 19, 1905 in Pembroke, Ontario, † March 17, 1973 in Muskoka, Ontario) was a Canadian ice hockey player. At the Olympic Winter Games in 1928 he won the gold medal as a member of the Canadian national team.

Career

Charlie Delahey began his career as a hockey player with the Toronto Varsity level, which in 1927 the Allan Cup, the Canadian amateur championship titles won. The following year he took the degree Varsity Canada at the Olympic Winter Games. Following the tournament he played in the Quebec Amateur Hockey Association for the Royal Montreal Hockey Club.

Internationally

For Canada Delahey participated in the Winter Olympic Games in 1928 in St. Moritz, where he won the gold medal with his team.
