Charles F. Haanel

Charles Francis Haanel ( May 22nd 1866 in Ann Arbor, † November 27, 1949 ) was an American author in the field of New Thought movement and businessman. He became famous for his book The Master Key System (1912 ), which postulated the creative power of thought.

Life and career

As the son of Hugo (Paul ) Haanel and Emeline ( Cordelia Fox) Haanel Charles Francis moved with his family in his childhood to St. Louis. The Haanel family is of Swedish descent, but she lived in Silesia ( Prussia) before they emigrated to Canada and later to the United States. Charles F.
