Charles Island (Nunavut)

Charles Iceland is an uninhabited, island in the Arctic Qikiqtaaluk Region of the Canadian territory of Nunavut. The 235 km ² island is located in the Hudson Strait, 19 km north-west of Cap de Nouvelle -France, the northernmost point of the Ungava Peninsula.
Charles Iceland has an extension in east-west direction of 35 km. The maximum width is 9 km. The largest collection reaches 46 m.
