Charles Judson Wallace

Charles Judson Wallace ( born December 31, 1982 in Atlanta, Georgia ) is an American- Congolese basketball player. After completing his studies in his home country Wallace began a professional career in 2005 in Germany. After two seasons with the polar bears Bremerhaven in the National Basketball League, he moved to Italy, where he played for three years. Since 2010, Wallace played in the Spanish ACB League, where he became a citizen of the Republic of Congo, 2011 to fall under less strict restrictions on foreigners ' Cotonou foreigners.
