Charles K. Feldman

Charles K. Feldman ( born April 26, 1904 in New York City as Charles Gould, † May 25, 1968 in Beverly Hills, California ) was an American film producer and agent for actors.

Life

Feldman worked as a lawyer in Hollywood in 1928 and then worked as an agent for actors. His clients have included well-known actresses such as Greta Garbo and Richard Burton. In 1942 he turned to film production. Until 1967 he was involved in 18 film projects.

1952 Feldman was nominated for Best Picture Oscar for A Streetcar Named Desire in the category.

From 1934 to 1948 he was married to Jean Howard.

In 1968, he died as a result of an illness with pancreatic cancer. His grave can be found at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
