Charli Baltimore (real name Tiffany Lane, born August 19, 1974 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American rapper, and model.

Biography

Charli Baltimore studied at Pierce College until 1995 Notorious BIG encountered. This brought them into the music business.
