Charlie Ergen

Charles Ergen (* March 1, 1953 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee) is an American entrepreneur.

Life

Ergen studied at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and at Wake Forest University. Ergen founded the US-based technology company EchoStar, which also owns and operates the same satellite fleet. He is married, has five children and lives with his family in Denver, Colorado.
