Chutes de Burin

Riviere Charpentier is a 125 km long right tributary of the Rivière aux Feuilles in the north of the Canadian province of Quebec.

The remote river is rarely traveled by canoeists and kayakers. Its origins west of Lake Nedlouc, from where it flows in a northwesterly direction through pristine tundra and taiga. There are several interesting waterfalls, especially the Chutes de Burin and the Chute Bleu. The Riviere Charpentier empties into the eastern part of the Lac Minto, forms its outflow of the Rivière aux Feuilles.
