Chavagnes-en-Paillers

Chavagnes -en- Paillers is a commune in France. It is located about 50 km south-east of Nantes in the Pays de la Loire in the department of Vendée. Your 3386 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) are called Chavagnais.

In the 19th century were founded by Father Louis -Marie Baudouin two clerical congregations: the Ursulines de Jésus ( Ursulines of Jesus) and the Fils de Marie Immaculée ( sons of Mary Immaculate ).
