Cheaters

Cheaters is a weekly broadcast in the U.S. reality TV show. In the show, people are shown and detective tracked ( by the " Cheaters Detective Agency " ) who cheat on their respective life partners ( " cheating "). Will be moderated " Cheaters ", which is shown in the U.S. in the 9th season of 2008 by Joey Greco. In Germany Cheaters was sent by the private television channel RTL 2.

Episode building

The show usually begins with two independent persons who suspect their partner of unfaithfulness. After that, the episodes follow the following pattern:

• A brief description of the suspect, the partner is made.
• Footage from shading of the suspects is shown. Later, the partners are shown in unique situations.
• After the people who have expressed the suspicion that video material is presented as proof of unfaithfulness, the team with bodyguards makes his way to a place where there are the suspect.
• During the confrontation, there's often curses and develop violent scenes.
• The episode ends with a summary by the moderator. The suspects, do not give consent for the use of their identity, anonymous.
• Sometimes stories of participants from past episodes are shown as well as their consequences.
• A few episodes show that the suspect is not cheated.
• Also, gay couples were shown in Cheaters.

History

The format was developed by Bobby Goldstein, a Texas lawyer and was first broadcast in 2000. As of 2004, commuted together cut repetitions were sent weekdays. Sexual encounters that were recorded from private hidden cameras are usually visually and linguistically strongly distorted. However, private recordings of the participants also include uncensored material. The author Bobby Goldstein and Cheaters also operate a website under the name "NO Cheaters ".

Since September 2008, the Bulgarian transmitter Diema shows a local version of the format under the name Хванати в изневяра ( etwa. " red-handed "). It is produced by Niko Tuparev. The authenticity of the Bulgarian show is questionable, however, since photos have surfaced of actors who resemble the suspect individual episodes very much.

Trivia

• On 16 December 2005, four employees of the show of liberty were suspected because they had a woman held against her will. The suspicion was directed against Joey Greco, director Hunter Carson and two bodyguards. On 9 November 2006, the four suspects were acquitted.

• Joey Greco was stabbed during an episode in which they turned on a boat from a " Cheater ". During his recovery, Jack E. Jett hosted the show, then again Greco itself

• In a released on DVD Episode Greco and his team are attacked by a man with a semi-automatic paintball gun.

• During one episode, Greco was arrested and placed under arrest, when he confronted a man at a bachelor party with his previous foreign fiance.
